To edit any of your details such as name, email or PIN, please follow the following process:
- Click on the bottom right button on the Zoto home screen to see your Zoto Account details.
- Click on the pen icon beside your name
- This brings you to the ‘Profile’ page. Also known as: ‘Personal Details’
- You can begin to edit your details. To do so, select the desired account detail you'd like to edit.
- Then click the ‘save’ button at the bottom of the page. (Kindly be informed that we'll send you OTP, as a security procedure for this process to be complete.)
- You may enter the OTP to proceed.
