To edit any of your details such as name, email or PIN, please follow the following process:


  1. Click on the bottom right button on the Zoto home screen to see your Zoto Account details.
  2. Click on the pen icon beside your name
  3. This brings you to the ‘Profile’ page. Also known as: ‘Personal Details’
  4. You can begin to edit your details. To do so, select the desired account detail you'd like to edit. 
  5. Then click the ‘save’ button at the bottom of the page. (Kindly be informed that we'll send you OTP, as a security procedure for this process to be complete.)
  6. You may enter the OTP to proceed.
