As an esteemed customer, you are allowed to protect and personalize your Zoto account using the Zoto PIN. This serves as your secure password on the application.


However, if there's any need to change this PIN, either because you have forgotten your PIN or you want to update your PIN, kindly follow the following process to do that:

  • Click on the 'Account' button at the bottom of the Zoto home page.
  • Click on the 'Change PIN' option on your Account page.
  • This brings you to the ‘Change PIN’ page.

You can begin to edit your details. After entering the required details, click on the 'Change PIN' option in Orange button to proceed.
