Perhaps you are trying to signup more than once on the same device. Remember that referral bonus can be claimed only once on a device. We also have observed that some of the older versions of Android OS are not providing us data to identify your device, and we do not credit ZotoCash without device's identity.
I've signed up with a new mobile number and verified with OTP, but I still didn't get referral Cashback. Why?
